- How do I make sure I order the right size?
- We get it. Ordering dress clothing can be confusing and everybody hates getting a brand-new shiny package in the mail only to discover nothing fits and it all must be exchanged. So, to help, Welcome2Rcrazy has created a whole page dedicated to getting the right fit and explaining how to measure for perfect comfort. Please visit our HOW TO MEASURE page.
- What is the return policy? Go to our Returns & exchanges portal
- Welcome2Rcrazy offers a discounted flat rate of $5.00 for all returns and exchanges within the United States for items that are purchased within 30 days and in unworn, restocking condition with hangtags still attached. For more information, please visit our Return Policy Page.
- What are the shipping options?
- Welcome2Rcrazy uses USPS to deliver packages and if the order is made before 2PM MST, it will be sent out the same day. Most packages are received within 2-5 business days.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
- Oh no! Look Here first. Please, if you haven’t received your package within the 2-5 business day window contact us at support@welcome2Rcrazy.com. We track the packages with USPS and will hopefully be able to tell you where your package is. We also send an email with all the tracking information so you can follow your package from our store to delivery.
- What do I do if I received a defective order?
- First of all, we apologize for the defective item! Go to our Returns & exchanges portal. Nobody likes waiting and waiting for their product only to discover it has an issue. Please, if you find a defect contact us at support@Welcome2Rcrazy.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. We will be happy to replace the item and get you the Welcome2Rcrazy you deserve.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
- Go to our Returns & exchanges portal. If a mistake was made during ordering, or if you discover you need a different size or mailing address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@Welcome2Rcrazy.com. We can help you fix the error and make sure you get the products you need, where you want them, and when you want them.
